  1. What are your rights?

Anthogyr undertakes to protect your private life and your personal data in compliance with the Information Technology and Freedom Act of 6 January 1978 and has now stepped up its level protection to meet European regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) on personal data protection. Under this new legislation, your rights are:

  • Right of access (art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure and limitation (art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to object (art. 21 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability

  1. Purpose of processing your private information

We process your personal data so that we can conduct our business communication by only collecting the data we need to qualify our customers and prospects and contact them by email or telephone. Your personal data is used exclusively by Anthogyr and its subsidiaries.

Data recipient

The personal data that we collect will be sent to our marketing & communication, commercial, regulatory, customer service and supply chain departments.

We collect data and record it in a computer file to conduct our business, deliver our products, organise training courses, events and send out information about our products and our company.

Contact, training and event sign-up forms.

We use this data to identify you as an individual (natural person) and we collect it when you fill out a contact form on our websites or when you sign up for a training course or an event: surname, first name, profession, postal address, phone number, email. We do not pass on the data disclosed to Anthogyr to third parties.

Online applications

We process personal data contained in applications for administrating and managing the recruitment process. Applications can be submitted to Anthogyr electronically using our email address or the contact form displayed on the website. If we enter into an employment or agency contract with the applicant, the personal data he/she discloses will be recorded and processed for the purpose of managing the employment or agency contract pursuant to the applicable legal and regulatory provisions. If the application does not result in a contract, the application will be automatically deleted one year later, unless it proves to be in Anthogyr’s legitimate interest not to delete this data.

The data we collect automatically

The technological improvement of our products requires technical data transfer between our professional clients and their patients. This data is protected by an encryption system and is only accessible to healthcare professionals under medical secrecy. To improve our products, Anthogyr’s Research and Development and Marketing – Communication teams reserve the right to access this technical data. It is available exclusively in an anonymous form, i.e. with no reference to patients’ identity.

Cookies are files generated by your web browser and are located on your hard drive. They are used to recognise you whenever you log onto a website to provide a faster browsing experience.

We also use your personal data to keep you informed about the progress of your order by sending you notifications.

Your personal data is used to efficiently deliver your order and follow it up. It is also used to efficiently manage your rights after making a purchase with our services: warranty claims, right of withdrawal, returns, etc.

  1. Checking and accessing your personal data

You can access the personal data you have chosen to share with us at any time and rectify it by contacting us by email at data.protection@anthogyr.com.  To facilitate the performance of our services (training, delivery, notification etc.), we also encourage you to correct any inaccurate data.

You can request the total deletion of your personal data and the closure of your account by contacting us by mail at data.protection@anthogyr.com.  Please note that totally deleting your data or closing your customer account will deprive you of full access to all our services. In some cases, all your personal data may not be deleted because it comes under applicable legislation.

You have the right at any time to request all the personal data that you have provided in a structured, standard and machine-readable format.

Sharing your personal data with third parties

We may share your personal data with our carriers.  In this case, we give them your name, address, telephone number and email address so that they can deliver your order and provide all related services (sending a delivery tracking link by email and progress notifications).

Your personal data is kept for 10 years and is used  by the training, customer service, and research & development departments, as well as the marketing and communication department. We also keep your Personal Data for the duration provided for by the legislation applicable notably to civil and commercial matters.

Anthogyr makes every effort to secure your data and prevent any unauthorized disclosure, modification or use. Your data is stored on secure servers using various protocols such as encryption or firewall technology. Our platforms and web services are hosted by OVH and Cegedim at their French data centres.
